    But, what if growth doesn't always require adding something new?

    Creative Intelligence offers a refreshing alternative: an opportunity to expand how we approach challenges, work with others, and recognize possibilities we might otherwise overlook. 

    In this interactive 90-minute workshop, executive and leadership coach Veronica Scarpellino invites you to experience a different approach to familiar workplace challenges, discover what makes it effective, and explore how to bring that experience to the people you support. 

    Through reflection, discussion, and a practical workplace challenge, you'll gain a fresh perspective on growth and a simple, repeatable practice you can use with yourself, your teams, and your learners.

    What to Expect

    Through interactive exercises and discussion, participants will:

    • Rethink growth: Challenge common assumptions about what it takes to grow, adapt, and navigate change in demanding workplace environments.

    Veronica Scarpellino, PCC, BCC

    Veronica Scarpellino, PCC, BCC, is an executive and leadership coach, author, and the founder of Goldfinch Leadership. She is the architect of Creative Intelligence (CQ), a methodology that helps individuals and organizations recognize and expand their capacity to navigate complexity, think creatively, and take meaningful action.

    Trained first as an artist, Veronica brings more than two decades of experience spanning leadership development, coaching, higher education, and applied creativity. Her work combines emotional intelligence, creative thinking, and adaptive action to help people make better use of the capabilities they already possess.

    She is the author of Second Draft: Rewrite Your Midlife Career With Creative Intelligence, endorsed by Marshall Goldsmith, and creator of the Certification in Creative Intelligence, which equips coaches, facilitators, and talent development professionals to bring CQ into their work with others.

    AI Project Lab: Build AI Role-Play and Coach Simulations from the AI Assistant You Already Use

    The AI Project Lab is a new hands-on workshop series from the AI Workgroup where participants bring their AI projects to completion through expert mentorship, focused collaboration, and practical guidance.

    Date: Tuesday, October 27, 2026

    Time: 6:30 - 8:00 PM ET

    Location: Virtual. Zoom link will be provided after registration.

    In this hands-on 90-minute lab, you will build a realistic AI role-play simulation from the AI assistant you already use every day, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Google Gemini. No coding is needed.

    You describe a real skill gap from your work, for example, a difficult customer call, a feedback conversation, or a sales call. Your AI assistant then helps you design the scenario and the character your learners will talk to, and it creates the simulation in Grasply for you. You will also use the files and knowledge you already have, such as your training materials, policies, or product information, to make the practice feel real.

    You will spend most of the session building in small groups, then run your simulation live. 

    What to Expect

    In this interactive session, you'll:

    • Build a role-play or coach simulation from the AI assistant you already use, with no new tool to learn.
    • Use your own materials and knowledge to make each practice scenario realistic and specific to your organization.
    • Leave with a working simulation that you can share with your team the next day.
