Interested in Mentorship Program?

Each term ATD South Florida Chapter conducts a formal mentorship program that starts in January and ends in June. This six-month formal program is a benefit to our members----at no extra cost. There are four phases of the program that participants commit to; these phases are listed below. Note: all face-to-face

1. A 30-minute virtual orientation that introduces the process, confirms dates, and verifies that relevant forms are complete. Sat Jan 6, 2018
2. A face-to-face, three-hour Mentorship Pairing Event held in Broward County where mentors and proteges are "matched." Sat Jan 20, 2018
   
3. A face-to-face, three-hour Mentorship Mid-term Event that serves as a check-in to discuss milestone achievements and share successes. Sat Mar 17, 2018
4. A face-to-face, two-hour Mentorship Graduation when pairs are able to tell us their stories. Thu Jun 28, 2018
