Join FranklinCovey team to hear first hand their tips, practices and global trends they are seeing in this crisis. Jessica and Victoria will share with us what they are experiencing first hand while sharing their expertise on how leaders can now spearhead change and motivate their teams. In this session, the experts at FranklinCovey will share:

Presenters: Victoria Roos-Olsson & Jessica McCann 

Victoria Roos-Olsson is a senior consultant at FranklinCovey and a leadership expert with more than 20 years of global experience. She has been integral to developing content around core leadership solutions like The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People and the 4 Essential Roles of Leadership. She is also one of the author of FranklinCovey’s latest best-selling book on leadership, “Everyone Deserves A Great Manager: The 6 Critical Practices for Leading a Team.”


Jessica McCann is an enterprise client partner with FranklinCovey in Southeast Florida. For the past decade, she’s worked with organizations around behavior change and learning and development and is an active publisher and researcher on leadership, motivation, and grit. With FranklinCovey, she works with leaders to understand their needs, co-create business cases for helping gain executive support, and partnering on solutions that will enable greatness in people.
