The South Florida ASTD Palm Beach GIG is partnering with Children’s Home Society of Palm Beach County (CHS) to give back to the community. With such a talented group of trainers and coaches in the local ASTD chapter, it just makes sense to bring career development presentations to the youths in CHS’s Project 18. Project 18 is a CHS program that provides youths age 13-20, currently in foster care, the opportunity to learn job and life skills that will benefit them in today’s fast-paced world. November’s networking event is a highlight of ASTDSLF’s partnership with CHS’s Project 18, and an opportunity for ASTDSFL members and guests to give back to the community as well. At this event, you will hear from the trainers participating in the program and learn how you can be an inspiration to the youth yourself. Please consider bringing gently used business attire to the event in exchange for raffle tickets. All clothing will be donated to the youths in Project 18. "Light appetizers will be served. Cash bar.
