Employee Engagement: What is Your Engagement Ratio?

Gallup has statistically identified the 12 critical elements of work life that are precisely worded and precisely sequenced to determine the extent to which employees are psychologically committed and emotionally connected to their role, no matter their position or level within the company.  From executives to front-line employees, these workplace conditions have been statistically differentiated from thousands, setting apart the high-performing workgroups from the others.  These items help to identify three types of associates in the global working population, representing a continuum of engagement: Engaged, Not Engaged, and Actively Disengaged.

After this session you will be able to:

  1. Understand Gallup’s research and perspective on Employee Engagement
  2. Define the role that managers play in driving Employee Engagement
  3. Learn how the best run organizations go about improvement of Engagement
