Mentorship Program: 2026 Program Orientation

This is ATDSFL's 17th year of offering our annual Mentorship Program.  This 2026 program runs January through June. Since its inception, the Carol Susan DeVaney Mentorship Program has made a positive difference in the lives of more than 360 professionals. 

The program is one of the chapter's flagship programs and is exclusive to only members. The program seeks mentors who are seasoned professionals looking for opportunities to give back, to achieve their own goals, and sharpen their skills while teaching others. Protégés are individuals new to the Talent Development industry (less than five years) or professionals newly transitioning into the Talent Development industry.

The mandatory orientation covers mentor and protégé participant expectations, event dates, and introduction to the program support team.

The 2026 Mentorship Program Key Dates:

• Mandatory Orientation Webinar: Saturday, January 24^th, (11am – 12pm)
• Kick-off Pairing Event: Saturday, February 7^th  (9:00am – 12:00pm); required to attend the entire event
• Mid Point Check In: Saturday, April 11^th (10am – 12pm)
• Graduation Event: Saturday, June 20^th  (10am-12 pm)
