This exclusive series offers a collaborative space for consultants to share challenges and successes, exchange ideas, and receive actionable, high-value feedback from peers. Participants will gain fresh perspectives, spark innovative ideas, and expand their professional networks. Each session is centered around a specific theme to foster focused discussion and meaningful knowledge sharing.

Working with larger organizations can feel like entering a maze of hidden agendas, layered decision-making, and shifting priorities. The November session invites consultants to unpack the realities of corporate and large-system environments—where influence matters as much as expertise, and success often depends on reading the room as well as delivering results. Through shared cases, peer insights, and practical frameworks, participants will explore how to build trust across hierarchies, manage stakeholder politics, and stay grounded and effective amid organizational complexity.

Please bring a case to share with fellow consultants during the session. 

The Mastermind Series is designed for seasoned consultants who have been managing their own practices for at least two years. This is a members-only event.
