Take Your Level 2s up a Notch

Start Measuring Application, Not Just Recall

Capture Elusive Level 2 Data

No matter how well you design and deliver learning within your organization, you are probably experiencing increased demands to demonstrate how the learning impacts business results.

Unfortunately many L&D professionals struggle with this because they are simply uninformed in the art and science of evaluation design. This session provides practical tips and specific guidelines for creating valid, scientifically sound Level 2, evaluations as well as how to summarize and interpret that data to demonstrate value.

Do not miss this opportunity to take away practical ways to:

  • Analyze the common mistakes made by many L&D professionals when creating multiple choice test questions.
  • Discover 15 practical techniques that eliminate these mistakes and result in the development of valid, scientifically sound level 2 knowledge tests.
  • Examine the difference between test questions that measure job applications vs. those that measure mere recall and take your evaluations to a new level.
