Mission Possible: Accepting the Challenge to Initiate and Manage Change
Change is disruptive, frustrating and often disorganized… and as talent development professionals we should LOVE THAT! We also know that change is often resisted and feared of... We will discuss the reasons behind our resistance to change and how we can embrace the resistance as a natural part of the process. We will explore how change is managed by different people and why it is needed.
Without change development and innovation are impossible, thus change is a necessary driving force behind personal and organizational progress. Strategies and ideas will be discussed on how to leverage change and work from a 360-degree perspective to get the people around us (superiors, self, peers, followers) to understand and leverage change to advance personal and organizational objectives. Please join us and take away the actionable ideas on how to help others and ourselves mitigating the stress and the unknown of change.
