Grow Without Hiring: Build Your Digital Support Team

Join the Consultants' Mastermind Series!

Learning & Development consultants wear many hats, from marketing and proposals to scheduling, delivery, follow-up, and resource sharing. This interactive session helps consultants identify the repeatable tasks that drain time and explore how automation tools and digital systems can act like a “Digital Virtual Assistant"” to expand bandwidth without adding headcount.

Participants will brainstorm common consulting workflows, explore and share practical ways to reduce manual work, and see examples ranging from simple repeatable email responses and automations to more advanced lead capture, resource delivery, and follow-up workflows. Attendees will leave with one practical automation, template, or workflow improvement they can begin building within days.

The Mastermind Series is designed for seasoned consultants who have been managing their own practices for at least two years. This is a members-only event.

This hands-on, virtual workshop will introduce L&D professionals to Vibe Coding and guide them through their first project.

What exactly is vibe coding, and what exactly can learning and development professionals create with it? This beginner-friendly session will introduce vibe coding, explore practical ways it can support L&D work, and compare some of the tools available. Rachel will share examples from her own experience before guiding participants through their first hands-on build using Claude Code. No previous coding experience is required.

Participants will receive a short prework video explaining how to install Claude Code and Visual Studio so they can follow along during the session.

By the end of the session, participants will be able to:

Define vibe coding and explain how it can support learning and development.
Identify tools and practical use cases for creating AI-assisted learning experiences.
Use Claude Code to create and refine a simple interactive learning prototype.

AI is changing how organizations approach practice, skill development, and feedback. In this interactive session, you'll move beyond the conversation and experience what AI-powered learning can actually look like.

We'll begin with a brief look at how NovoEd is using AI to create more engaging, applied learning experiences. Then you'll work in small groups and participate in an AI-powered role-play in the NovoEd platform, tackling a realistic workplace scenario, making decisions in the moment, and receiving immediate, personalized feedback.

We'll come back together to compare experiences, discuss what worked, and explore how AI-powered practice and feedback could be applied in your own learning program.

This is a hands-on session designed for learning professionals who want to experience AI as a learner, not just hear about it.
