Habits of a Champion

In this presentation, Coach Dana Cavalea will discuss what it takes to close your "performance gap." We all have gaps in our overall performance.

Some gaps can be extremely frustrating and costly. Coach will address strategies and techniques to help you optimize both your performance on a daily basis.

These strategies and techniques can be used not only for individual performance enhancement, but for the enhancement of team performance.

Coach Dana Cavalea is the former Director of Strength & Conditioning and Performance for the New York Yankees. He led the New York Yankees to a World Championship in 2009.

That same year he was awarded the Nolan Ryan Award, given to the top Strength & Performance Coach in Major League Baseball, as voted by his peers.

In addition to working with high level Athletes, Coaches, CEO's and Executives, Coach Cavalea is an International Speaker and Consultant helping Fortune 500 corporate work forces, Sports Teams, Universities and Organizations to optimize their overall performance.

He is also an accomplished Author. In his best selling book, World Series Champion Coach Dana Cavalea shares 15 lessons about what it takes to become a Champion in Habits of a Champion: Nobody Becomes a Champion by Accident. Dana shares stories and insights from some of the world's top performers in sports, life and business. The foreword is written by former New York Yankees Manager Joe Girardi.
