He has more than 15 years' experience in the function, first working at sea onboard cruise ships and now currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development for Starboard Cruise Services. He currently serves as VP of Communication for ATDSFL. He holds the CPTD Certification and a MBA from the University of Florida. In his spare time he is a Lego enthusiast and enjoys long walks on the beach.
