Using Business Simulations with AI as a Training and Assessment Tool

Have you heard of the 70:20:10 model in learning and development? It states that people learn new skills and information in three ways. 70% from day-to-day tasks and practice, 20% from social learning such as observing others and networking, and 10% from formal training such as courses.

Based on the 70:20:10 model, business simulations offer a powerful and engaging methodology to train and assess talent. This program is designed to equip talent professionals with the knowledge and skills to leverage AI-powered business simulations to build knowledge and skills in a simulated environment. Participants will gain a deep understanding of how AI can be integrated into simulations to create more engaging, personalized, and impactful learning experiences.

Best of all, this program is highly experiential! Come prepared to enter breakout rooms, form teams, and experience some of the challenges you’d experience as a new leader.
