   Mentoring Trends & Technology

Why a mentoring program in your organization?

Mentoring is a great tool to use for talent development, during onboarding, or as a retention tool and helps to create a culture of collaboration.

Many organizations are using mentoring as a way to prepare future leaders and to promote employee engagement. This month's program will explore the latest trends in mentoring, including reverse mentoring and the use of technology to bring globally dispersed mentors and mentees together in one platform.

Join us for a discussion of how to implement a successful Mentoring Program and receive tools to assist mentors and mentees within your organization.

Do not miss this opportunity to:

  • Identify the benefits of mentoring in the organization and challenges.

  • Utilize a mentoring process model and tools to implement a mentoring program

  • Discuss the latest trends in mentoring programs and how technology is a critical component for a successful mentoring relationship in global teams.

Join us for an engaging session with practical and insightful information and tools.
