Leadership Performance -

You Possess the Ability to Lead Virtually

Leading in-person or leading virtually require the same set of values, morals, principles, attitude, habits, and self-care. All of these skills transfer to leading virtually, but leading virtually requires additional skills to keep your team accountable and connected. In this presentation, we will clarify your role as a virtual leader, and examine the authority and trust that comes with it.

Learning Objectives:

  • Demonstrate Attitude and Habits of a Leader – Virtual or NOT!

  • Understand YOUR Role as a Virtual Leader and Not Just a Manager

  • Distinguish Between Authority vs Personal Power in Virtual Leadership
