Leadership Performance -

You Possess the Ability to Lead Virtually

Strategic leadership requires a set of values, morals, principles, attitude, habits, and self-care. All of these leadership skills transfer to leading virtually, yet leading virtually requires additional skills to keep your team accountable and connected. In this presentation, we will clarify your role as a virtual leader, and examine the authority and trust that comes with it.

Learning Objectives:

  • Demonstrate Attitude and Habits of a Leader – Virtual or NOT!

  • Understand YOUR Role as a Virtual Leader and Not Just a Manager

  • Distinguish Between Authority vs Personal Power in Virtual Leadership
