Risks and Compliance - Avoiding the Traps

The AI Workgroup takes a collaborative approach to staying up to date with a constantly changing, radically evolving AI landscape. While the media has focused on the exciting opportunities, its rapid adoption has also introduced significant risks—from AI hallucinations to data privacy and bias.

This session will provide you with the practical knowledge and confidence you need to integrate AI responsibly. We'll move beyond the excitement of the technology to establish the ethical and legal guardrails necessary for safe and compliant AI use in your organization

Event Details:

  • Overreliance & Skill Erosion: The dangers of over-automating core coaching and assessment without human oversight.
  • Privacy & Data Protection: How to handle sensitive employee data responsibly and avoid misuse or misinterpretation by AI systems.
  • Bias & Unreliable Outputs: The critical link between flawed training data and unreliable outputs, leading to poor decisions and outcomes.
  • AI Hallucinations: How to spot and mitigate inaccurate or invented information generated by AI.
  • Other Risk Scenarios: A discussion on additional, less-obvious risks to be aware of.

Our Panelists share the results from three different chatbots to our vital question - : ”What are the risks associated with AI for Talent Development Professionals? Each will share their insights and provide their perspective on Risk and Compliance for AI.
