Tedd has over 25 years of business experience leading initiatives focused on leadership development, executive assessment and coaching and team development. Tedd employs a highly consultative style allowing individuals to truly comprehend the issues they face and identify solutions. Prior to joining LHH, Tedd served as SVP, Human Resources for Regency Centers, a Commercial Real Estate company, and SVP of Organizational Development for General Cable, an international manufacturing company.
