How to Train and Engage
 a Diverse Audience!

Diversity is essential in today’s corporate environment. As trainers, how do we make sure diversity is utilized in engaging others and maximizing talents in the classroom?

How do we as trainers ensure that our biases and assumptions do not get in the way of productive working relationships? How do we encourage our learners to share their experiences to benefit the class?

And how do your attitudes impact your behavior toward others?

Join us in an interactive workshop. You will learn how to:

  • Enhance the ability of trainers/presenters to facilitate learning exercises without biases and assumptions
  • Make trainers/presenters aware of their biases
  • Help trainers/presenters avoid making assumptions of others, especially classroom participants
