Virtual TD Talks: Quick and Easy MicroLearning 

MicroLearning should’t just be quick and easy to complete, it can also be quick and easy to develop. Learn techniques that create effective MicroLearning without complex tools.

Learning Objectives:  

Explore what makes MicroLearning effective

Discuss the forms of MicroLearning delivery  

Discuss how to use existing content in MicroLearning enviroment

Explore how to use MicroLearning as a tool to measure knowledge retention

Having started his career as a Technologist with Citibank, George Romagosa learned early on the value of leveraging technology for learning and performance. His designs (traditional and virtual classroom training, blended, eLearning, social and game based learning) have helped learners from 81 countries increase their effectiveness and learn new key skills. His clients have included Citibank, National Commercial Bank (Saudi Arabia), American Express, Chase Manhattan, Bank Mandiri (Indonesia), ING Bank (Brasil) and many others.

George has presented at numerous conferences on not only MicroLearning, but Agile Development, Producing and Delivering Virtual Training, Social Learning, and Diagnostic Assessments.

One of his primary interests is using MicroLearning as a Performance Support tool. He created the QuikHit for American Express and the PRL (Portable Reusable Learning) for Sears to drive Learning at the time of need, at the Speed of Business.
