His designs (traditional and virtual classroom training, blended, eLearning, social and game based learning) have helped learners from 81 countries increase their effectiveness and learn new key skills. His clients have included Citibank, National Commercial Bank (Saudi Arabia), American Express, Chase Manhattan, Bank Mandiri (Indonesia), ING Bank (Brasil) and many others. George has presented at numerous conferences on not only MicroLearning, but Agile Development, Producing and Delivering Virtual Training, Social Learning, and Diagnostic Assessments. One of his primary interests is using MicroLearning as a Performance Support tool. He created the QuikHit for American Express and the PRL (Portable Reusable Learning) for Sears to drive Learning at the time of need, at the Speed of Business.
