The Learning-Tech Special Interest Group

May Topic: Microlearning

When your training is too hard to digest it gives your learners heartburn! A bite-sized approach is an adept solution. This is what Microlearning is all about! During this meeting, we'll share many examples of Microlearning. Tools used include Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Canva, Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Storyline, and Captivate. Use cases vary from performance support to soft skills, sales skills, and many more!

This event will feature tips and tricks, best practices, and open discussion. Your hosts are George Romagosa and Lisa LeVerrier. Both George and Lisa are instructional designers with over 50 years of experience. They are also both dedicated chapter volunteers and leaders.

This event is FREE to chapter members. It is a member-only event, as part of your membership benefits!

About the The Learning-Tech Special Interest Group (SIG)

The Learning-Tech ("L-Tech") Special Interest Group (or SIG) is a chance to learn more about some of the great L&D tools on the market. Every other month at noon, we will be holding a webinar featuring a different technology. Here, learning and development professionals (novice, expert, and everyone in between) network with professional learning technologists, designers and trainers. There is no program cost for these gatherings and we all share knowledge and best practices!

This is a new, focused community for ATDSFL. It is a members-only event.

The ATD South Florida Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer educational programs that can be used towards initial eligibility and recertification of Certified Professionals in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program qualifies for a maximum of 1 point.
