Program summary:
We’ve all heard the saying, “You can lead a horse to
water, but you can’t make it drink.” Sadly, this idea has
entered into the business world and it is difficult to
shake. But it’s not impossible. In fact, it’s quite simple.
Make them want to drink. It means engaging your
employees… Join us for an interactive talk that will
demonstrate ways to get the most out of your staff
each and every day.
- Discover what makes people “tick”.
- Learn how to instill into employees a sense of
competence and commitment.
- Find out how to build teams that value loyalty and
accountability.
-Realize the importance of “line of sight” contribution.
