The AI Workgroup takes a collaborative approach to staying up to date with a constantly changing, radically evolving AI landscape. Much attention has been given to the use of Gen AI to create content but what specific tools provide Talent Development professionals with the greatest benefit?

We ask ChatGPT, Gemini and CoPilot that specific question and panelists David Forry (SVP at Brandon Hall Group) and Jennifer Dow (Senior Instructional Designer, TID Instructional Design) compare their outputs to understand each model’s unique perspective and capabilities from a strategic and tactical perspective.

David Forry is a Senior Vice President and Principal Analyst at Brandon Hall Group/ He is a prominent contributor to the organization's research on AI and has co-hosted several webinars and presentations on how artificial intelligence is transforming HR and corporate learning.

Forry has co-hosted webinars such as "Beyond Automation: Architecting the Future of HR Through AI" and "Navigating the AI Revolution in HR," where he discusses findings from Brandon Hall Group's research initiatives on AI.

Jennifer Dow

Jen Dow is a Senior Instructional Designer and Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) with over two decades of experience creating impactful learning solutions that drive real business results. She brings deep expertise in partnering with cross-functional teams to assess learning needs, craft high-quality instructional content, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Jen is highly skilled in designing and facilitating a wide range of learning experiences—including eLearning, instructor-led sessions, virtual classrooms, and blended programs. Her toolkit includes industry-leading platforms like Articulate Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia, Adobe Captivate, and most major learning management systems.

With a strong focus on innovation, scalability, and learner engagement, Jen is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies—especially AI—to elevate the learning experience and empower talent development at scale.
