An experienced speaker & facilitator, Michelle has conducted1000’s of workshops, trainings, and keynotes ranging from small group executive leader events to company wide of 5000+ employees. With thousands of speaking hours, Michelle speaks on topics about burnout, people data, productive conflict, innovation, & more.
Michelle has been consulting for the past 15 years in organizational development, customer segmentation, measuring organizational trust, evaluations, innovation incubators, data-driven hiring, and mergers & acquisitions in private equity.
Researching burnout for 15 years in the medical community, teachers, graduate students, and employees, Michelle brings strong research and data experience in psychometrics, statistics, and data collection & analysis.
Michelle brings breadth and depth in psychology knowledge & research. With graduate degrees in both clinical and organizational psychology, Michelle applies psychological science in all her work.
