Certified Professional in Learning and Performance

All you need to know about CPLP and the Study Group!

The Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) offered by the ATD Certification Institute provides Talent Development (TD) professionals an opportunity to enhance credibility and prove value in an increasingly competitive marketplace.

The certification is awarded based on a two-part assessment consisting of a Knowledge Exam (KE) and a Work Product (WP) submission. A critical aspect of mastering new knowledge is active involvement in the collection, analysis, application, and synthesis of the material. The ATD South Florida Chapter supports and encourages members in the process with several resources.

The session will be presented by Lara Loucks, Alex Vilayil and Normagene Dmytriw. They all hold CPLP designation and serve as part of our leadership team at the ATD South Florida Chapter. Normagene Dmytriw currently serves as the Director of CPLP Study Group of ATD South Florida Chapter.
