Keynote
Elaine Biech, CPTD Fellow, is a consultant, facilitator, and principal author of the TDBoK and 85 other published books. She’s been called “a titan of the training industry,” and is the recipient of numerous awards from many organizations including 5 national ATD awards: 2020 Distinguished Contributor, 2012 CPLP Fellow Award, 2006 ASTD Bliss Award, 2004 ASTD Staff Partnership Award, and the 1996 ASTD Torch Award. Concurrent Sessions
Our four 1 hour 45 minutes breakout sessions are designed for a more in depth learning on each topic! The sessions will focus on challenges and needs that Talent Development practitioners face in virtual environment, and will include topics on learning technologies, and training design and delivery.
