The Points Don’t Matter- Incorporating High Octane Gamification into Professional Development Sessions

The event will feature VISA's innovative practices.

Are you curious about cutting edge talent development initiatives in South Florida?  Who is being creative with new implementation ideas?  Our popular TD Talks is now virtual to include all tri-county professionals to share innovative practices!

This session discusses the lessons learned while creating a themed gamification experience for a two day team development program. It discusses the challenges of creating a rewards program that taps into basic human motivation to drives action, promotes skill development, and leads to improved performance on the job.

Do not miss the opportunity to:

  • Explain the difference between a game and gamification
  • Identify the key human needs that gamification uses to drive performance
  • Define key terminology related to gamification
  • Develop a reward system that is connected to the desired development objectives

Similar to the world-famous TED talks, presenters will share their practices in 20-25 minutes and we will open up for Q& A for rest of the webinar.
