By partnering with Allen Interactions, AutoNation created customer negotiation simulations for sales associates, allowing them the opportunity to practice techniques in a safe environment as often as they needed.

Ken Gregson is the Senior Director of Variable Ops Learning and Performance at AutoNation. Ken's entry into the field of learning and performance occurred over 35 years ago with the daunting task of teaching US Air Force crews chemical warfare protection, severe crash landings or bailout techniques, and jungle, ocean, and arctic survival. Today, he leads a team of 30 employee who are responsible for the training and development of over 5,000 sales professionals nationwide.
Angel Green is Senior Instructional Strategist for Allen Interactions' Tampa studio. With over 12 years in learning and performance consulting, Angel has produced, developed and led numerous projects designed to improve employee performance. Angel's experience ranges from competency mapping, skill gap analysis, curriculum development, instructional design and training facilitation. Angel is a contributor to the Allen Interactions thought leadership blog and newly developed video blog. She leads the company's Instructional Design Guild and has shared her insight on designing and implementing successful learning program through webinars, case studies and conference sessions. Several courses designed by Angel have received industry recognition, including a 2011 Steevie and Omni award.
