The Soft Skills Revolution:

An Active Night of Activities for Trainers and Leaders

Take part in The Soft Skills Revolution!  Join Maxine Kamin the author of Soft Skills Revolution: A Guide for Connecting Compassion for Trainers, Teams, and Leaders in this engaging night of activities and discussion to delve into what soft skills are and how to foster face-to-face communication in your organization.  The interactive presentation will feature activities from the book you can immediately in your workplace.  And of course, have fun networking with peers as you explore these activities using a variety of training techniques.

The session will also include research on what employers have said are the most essential skills now and for the future, and why soft skills have been deemed even more important than the three R’s—reading, writing, and arithmetic.  Also, discover the groundbreaking study of 500 prestigious companies, and what their CEOs and leaders say about entrants to the workforce, and the concern that lack of soft skill development in today’s youth may influence the ability of the U.S. to compete in global markets.

Take a rest from technological communication, and experience the satisfaction and camaraderie of communicating face-to-face.  Walk away with a day’s worth of training, and deeper connections with colleagues.
