Virtual TD Talks: Keeping Yourself and Team of Remote Workers Engaged & Productive During COVID-19!

In 2018, the Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed that 29% of American employees did their jobs remotely. Since 2018, not only have these numbers risen across the world, but with the rise of COVID-19, these numbers are rising even more. Jack Dorsey, President of Twitter, affirmed this reality when he said, “our company is embracing remote working, and everyone is starting to talk about “remote working” becoming a real option for businesses moving forward”.

Based on this increase in “remote working” and “virtual leadership”, in order for virtual leaders to ensure that the productivity, performance, engagement, and retention of their team members continues to be positive, virtual leadership training will become an important asset for companies and organizations to possess if they desire to thrive and succeed in these challenging times.

Learning Objectives:

- Enable virtual leaders to work effectively with remote and virtual teams

- Develop simple engagement strategies for both leaders and their teams

- Master virtual techniques to remain productive during these adverse times
