The 7 Levers for Building Exemplary Performance

At the end of the day, your success won't be measured by how clean your PowerPoint was, how effective your facilitation of the exercises was, or even how well the participants scored on a post-test.  If competence isn't acquired, transferred back to the job and contributes positively to the bottom line all of your hard work will have been for naught.

Prior to launching your new training program, you should be clear on what exemplary performance looks like for your client, and have a clear strategy for how you will rehearse the behaviors that lead to exemplary performance.

Imagine what if would like like if everyone performed at the exemplary level.  The value would be tremendous.  In this action packed session, you will learn how to use the 7 levers of performance to propel everyone's performance.  Come prepared to learn, share, practice, and have fun.

At the conclusion of the workshop, you will be able to:

  1. Explain how each of the 7 levers impacts performance
  2. Determine which lever to focus on for any given performance development challenge
  3. Drive performance to the exemplary level for each person in the organization.

You will walk away from this session with a job-aid you can immediately put into practice at your own organization.
