Coaching Your Employees to Hit It Out of the Park

Whether you are coaching a team towards a championship, or coaching employees towards achieving your company’s strategic objectives, the goal is the same… to get the best performance out of each and every team member.  After coaching softball and managing a training organization for several seasons, Rick will share the tips he has found that not only improve the team member’s skills but the coach as well.

In this session, you will learn at least three new tips on how to coach performance improvement in your organization.  We’ll discuss the role of the coach who is also a performer, and finally you will be able to demonstrate how to improve performance through a questioning technique.

After this session you will be able to:

  1. Apply three new tips to coach high performance teams and individuals.
  2. Practice coaching through a questioning technique.
