Consulting practices naturally move through cycles of high demand, steady delivery, and quieter business development periods. This mastermind session will explore how experienced consultants anticipate, plan for, and strategically manage the financial realities of these cycles. Participants will discuss practical approaches to stabilizing cash flow, forecasting revenue, building financial reserves, and aligning business development efforts with financial goals. Through facilitated discussion and peer exchange, consultants will gain insights into building  resilient practices that support both sustainability and growth.  

The Mastermind Series is designed for seasoned consultants who have been managing their own practices for at least two years. This is a members-only event.
