Join TD Talks and tune in to Jody Saffert from Boca Raton Regional Hospital as he discusses leadership development practices at the hospital.  Expect to leave the webinar with the tools that you can apply at your own organization. Similar to the world-famous TED talks, presenter will share organizational practices in 25-30 minutes and we will open up for Q&A for rest of the webinar. The session is interactive and designed to provide practical knowledge and techniques.

 Presenter: Jody Saffert 

Jody Saffert is the Director of Organization Development and Effectiveness at Boca Raton Regional Hospital. He oversees talent development services as part of the organization’s Center for Lifelong Learning. He provides coaching, development, process consulting, and support to team members and leaders in providing superior care, service and experiences to patients and team members alike. Jody spearheads Leadership Development programming and chairs the Boca Regional’s performance excellence initiatives.

Jody has worked in healthcare for 30 years in a variety of internal and external performance excellence roles. The majority of his experience is in Human Resources, Organization Development, and Quality & Performance Improvement. He has worked with healthcare clients around the United States on improving their people, quality, satisfaction, finance and growth outcomes.

Jody is actively involved in various national and local professional associations, including ATD and ATDSFL, as well as the community.  Jody graduated from the 2018 Leadership Boca program, sponsored by the Greater Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, and was selected to be the 2019 Co-Chair and 2020 Chair of this community leadership development offering.

Jody earned his Master of Arts in Human Resource and Change Leadership, specializing in Organization Development, at University of Saint Thomas, in Minnesota. He is certified in Organization Development, Leadership Development, Diversity and Inclusion, Change Leadership, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Lean Methodology and Leadership Coaching.  He is actively pursuing his CPLP in 2019.  Formerly from Minneapolis, MN, Jody has lived in Fort Lauderdale since 2014.
