The Florida ATD Vibe Coding Special Interest Group (SIG) is a statewide, virtual learning community designed to support eLearning, gamification, and interactive learning designers across all Florida ATD chapters. The SIG offers a consistent, high-value space for members to connect, share best practices, explore tools, and collaborate on real-world building challenges using modern, low-barrier coding approaches. Together, we’ll experiment, iterate, and create functional solutions without the pressure of traditional coding expectations. No coding background is required, just a willingness to learn, try, and build together.
About Our Host Rachel Weiss (aka: Technologist) is an Orlando-based Instructional Designer who loves transforming “meh” training into engaging, gamified learning experiences that people actually want to complete. Through her company, E.M. Designs, she blends strategy, storytelling, and tech... think Storyline games, scenario-based eLearning, JavaScript magic, and AI-powered tools to bring complex ideas to life. With a sharp eye for usability and a playful approach to innovation, Rachel is your go-to technologist for building learning that sticks (and sparks a little joy along the way).
