 Re-Energize That Same Old Training

Do you feel like your training is the same thing over and over again, with just different participants and in different location? Does it seem that there is just too much content to be delivered and no time for fun? Does your old training need a zest of energy?

This session will give you the tools to make your training engaging and current for your learner. With the use of  scenario-based training, social media, video engagement, and entertaining games you can transform your training. Infusing new tools into an old training will energize your learner and increase knowledge retention. Join Amber Rodbell as she will review, create and try out some exciting, new ideas in a live setting.

Presentation objectives:

  •  Experience new training concepts that will engage the learner.
  •  Describe ideas and examples of creative learning with exciting delivery modalities.
  •  Review how training can be improved to increase knowledge retention.
  •  Identify how technology can be used in a classroom setting to engage the learner.
