Please join us to learn what is necessary to align your people with your strategy. The Gallup Organization has statistical evidence demonstrating that companies with high levels of employee engagement experience substantially stronger financial results. Companies where 80+ percent of employees answer “yes” or “strongly agree” when asked, “I know what is expected of me at work,” can expect the business results to follow.
Employee engagement is a critical measure of how aligned an employee is with their organization. Employees who are engaged with their work share a common set of attitudes and beliefs which, when joined together, reflect a vital aspect of organizational strength. Employees who are engaged with their work know exactly how their individual contributions make a measurable difference to the bottom line results. To raise performance levels and achieve explosive results, it is critical employees are aligned with the corporate strategy and engaged in their work.
Jeannine Rizzo earned her bachelor’s degree in business management and her master’s degree in psychology from New York Institute of Technology. In 2005, Ms. Rizzo earned her Corporate Speaker Certification from the Grove-Sieblod Group. She has developed executive-level leaders and teams in public and private settings both nationally and internationally to improve performance. In 2001, she began her career in the training and development industry when she joined Dale Carnegie. There she learned how to increase business growth and improve performance by partnering with executive teams to align and leverage team performance with corporate initiatives.
Since Jeannine debuted in this industry, she has engaged and inspired leaders all over the world to see and understand the value of aligning people with strategy to improve results. She has worked with executive leadership teams to create leadership development programs and performance management programs for over 1,000 top corporate leaders throughout the world.
Jeannine has extensive international experience. Outside of the United States, she has provided leadership development programs in 15 countries: Brazil, Canada, Chile, Costa Rica, England, Guyana, Hungary, Ireland, Mexico, the Philippines, New Zealand, South Africa, Thailand, Venezuela, and Zambia. She has consulted, designed, developed, and delivered performance management programs in accordance with each corporation’s business strategies, priorities, systems, and processes to drive business results. She has also provided executive coaching to leaders to help continue to drive the business deliverables. To leverage the resources of her clients, Jeannine has developed and delivered Train the Trainer programs for existing HR teams, incorporating their talent and enhancing their performance to drive results company wide. To ensure understanding of corporate priorities and deliverables, Jeannine has also worked extensively with executive leaders to enhance their presentations skills and improve business strategy updates, meetings, and technical presentations.
