Who is Victoria Brenes?Victoria Brenes is the Director of the Learning Technologies SIG at ATD South Florida, where she founded and leads the AI Workgroup. A doctoral student at Nova Southeastern University, her research explores integrating generative. Her background includes web development and computer science instruction, and she has published research and presented at conferences in the U.S. and abroad.Q: Tell us about a work project that you’re absolutely crushing and are super proud of right now! Who is supporting you on the project with whom you want to share the spotlight? Victoria: I am extremely proud to be the lead author of a research project exploring how GenAI can support accessibility in classrooms. I also take great pride in what we have achieved through the AI Workgroup at ATD South Florida and want to give a special shout-out to George Romagoza for his support in advancing this program. |

Victoria: ATD South Florida offers opportunities to network and learn at every career stage. Being part of this organization has strengthened my ability to translate theory and research into actionable talent programs.
