Anne Solomons
President of Touch Point Training Consultants & VP Special Programs, ATDSFL
Anne Solomons is the President of Touch Point Training Consultants, founded in 2005. She has been in the training industry for over 30 years and is a two-term past president of ATDSFL. Currently, Anne serves as the VP of Special Programs.

Q
Tell us about a work project that you’re absolutely crushing and are super proud of right now! Who is supporting you on the project with whom you want to share the spotlight?
A
I would have to say that I'm most proud of being able to facilitate in a way that creates true connection with my participants. I absolutely love creating those connections and the response that I receive, even years later. I'm equally proud of 2 of the communication processes that I designed, copyrighted and trademarked—CARE Communication, which is a 4 step universal communication process using the acronym: Connect, Assess, Reflect, Engage for a coaching, sales, problem-solving and service conversation. It's the foundation of all of my programs along with Cocktail Communication Styles which continues to open doors for me, based on the science of DiSC and Myers Briggs.

Why should others get involved with ATD South Florida? What have you gained by being a part of the organization?
A
You can make amazing connections, have great learning experiences and make wonderful friends.

What's your all-time favorite learning tool or strategy that never fails to engage?
A
I make it about them! Focus on connecting.

What sparks your creativity and gets your energy flowing? Who or what inspires you to reach new heights?
A
I love collaborating with others, especially my friends and colleagues from ATD.

Which technology platform do you absolutely love using to level up your work?
A
Level up with ChatGPT, engage on Zoom or in person.
Q
When you’re not transforming lives, what do you love doing for fun that brings you joy?
A
I love to travel and spend time with my husband watching our favorite shows at the end of each day, time with our granddaughter, my mom, theater, book club and ZumbaZumba.
