Consultants' Mastermind Series (Special Interest Group)

Different Minds, Better Teams: A Consultant’s Guide to Neurodiversity

Join the Consultants' Mastermind Series!

Every team brings together people who think, work, communicate, and solve problems differently. For Learning & Development consultants, these differences create both challenges and opportunities. How can we help leaders recognize and embrace neurodiversity, better support neurodivergent employees, and create workplaces where everyone can thrive?

In this interactive Consultants’ Mastermind session, we’ll exchange experiences, explore real-world challenges, and share practical strategies for helping leaders build more inclusive and effective teams.

Together, we’ll explore how to recognize different thinking and working styles, support neurodivergent employees, and coach leaders to better understand and respond to their team members’ needs.

Come ready to share your insights, learn from fellow consultants, and walk away with fresh perspectives and actionable ideas you can bring into your consulting practice.

The Mastermind Series is designed for seasoned consultants who have been managing their own practices for at least two years. This is a members-only event.

Duration: 1.5 hours

Host: Eivina Muniute-Cobb, Ed.D.

Guest Facilitator: Carol Berkhimer, CPTD
