Cost: ATDSFL Memberscan register at Early Bird Rate of $75 until September 25, 2026 using the code ATD15-LUMINOUS2026. The regular registration rate is $90. 

As leaders for ATD South Florida, we believe that part of our duty to the Talent Development community is to be a trusted advisor and a source of personal and professional support and development. And we believe that partnering with ICF (International Coaching Federation) South Florida is a great way to convene like-minded communities. While Luminous brings together the coaching community, this year’s conference offers plenty for talent development, learning, HR, and leadership professionals as well.

Under the theme of learning, connecting, and growing, Luminous will bring together coaches, business experts, and industry leaders for a full day of practical insights, meaningful conversations, and professional development.

Throughout the day, an exceptional lineup of speakers—including Sophia Casey, MCC; Connie Kadansky, MCC; Angelique Rewers; Fernando Celis, MCC; Joshua Steinfeldt, PCC; and Scott Lappin—will explore topics ranging from leadership and professional growth to business development, communication, visibility, entrepreneurial mindset, and leveraging AI.
