'Show & Tell' How You Design It, Not Just What You Built

This online session of the Florida ATD Instructional Design SIG will emphasize design thinking in action.

This session is a hands-on virtual Show &Tell where what you built isn't the whole story, how you designed it, is. These informal sessions spotlight real projects and the design decisions behind them. Bring screenshots, drafts, or workflows and discover practical approaches you can apply immediately.

Each presenter gets 7-8 minutes to share the problem, tools, decisions and what they'd improve. Expect peer feedback, idea exchange and actionable tips that boost portfolio impact, clarify your design thinking, and strengthen job seeking confidence.

This statewide SIG fosters collaboration across Florida ATD chapters. No polished slides required, just real work and supportive critique.
