ATD South Florida proudly presents the premier event of the year! 

This event is a  spectacular celebration of the learning and talent development best practices and successes across the South Florida community.

Join us, as we recognize outstanding achievement among individuals and organizations throughout South Florida for their implementation of best practices, making a difference on the company bottom-line, and/or having a significant role in an organization initiative/project.

Networking Hour

The evening will begin with a light cocktail hour,  This is a great opportunity to network with professionals and learning teams across the South Florida communities.  Visit with training solution providers and get hands-on experience and insight into with products and services they offer for all of your training needs.

Keynote

Curious about Twitter's best practices? Nathan Blesse will share some of their best practices and lessons learned along the way as they have integrated Talent Development into all aspects of their business operations.  

Awards Ceremony

Following the keynote, organizations and Learning and Talent Development professionals will be recognized for best practices in the field. The night will conclude with the announcement of the top award winners for best practices.

Keynote by Nathan Blesse,  Manager of People Design Experience, Twitter

 Nathan is part of the Learning & Organizational Development team at twitter.  His role focuses on People Experience Design, bringing development to the forefront of the day to day for employees.  He works closely with a talented cross-functional team to design tools that build growth and learning into what people are doing everyday, and not a separate event.  

With a background in Psychology and Learning Design and Technology, Nathan has spent time in the Eng/IT/HR functions at Sony PlayStation, Cricket Wireless, and FICO prior to joining the Flock.
