Roberto Montañez is a Certified Professional in Learning & Performance, Director of Training & Leadership Development, and a dynamic speaker. With over 20 years’ experience in management and a background in Psychology, he is a strong opponent of mediocre leadership. His mission is to eliminate Bad Leaders by equipping them through speaking, training and coaching. Roberto’s unique approach to combining Leadership and psychology is creating new solutions to current leadership problems.
President Elect - Anne Solomons
With over 25 years’ experience in the talent development industry, Anne is founder and CEO of Touch Point Training Consultants. Her experience includes training design and facilitation in communication, leadership development, sales and customer service, culture and accountability. She is passionate about helping organizations by providing fun and engaging training programs with long-term sustainable results. Anne has been a member of ATD for over 10 years and has served on the board in various positions.
Sean has been in the talent development field for more than 15 years. His experience includes training design and delivery, leadership development, and his current management role at IBM Southeast Employees' Credit Union. Sean has been a member of the South Florida Chapter for close to 10 years, with the last four as part of the leadership team and last year's President!
VP of Communications – Alicia Brown
Lara is a talent development professional and author with more than 20 years of experience, 10 years in a leadership role. She is a Certified ScrumMaster and holds the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. Lara also has her Competent Communicator designation and a master’s degree in business administration.

Among her areas of expertise are organizational culture building, employee selection and retention, organizational assessment, leadership and team development, and implementation of effective employee evaluation systems.
