In this webinar, ATD Chapter Relations Manager, Samantha Herman and Alex Moore, ATD Research Coordinator will discuss the benchmarking data from ATD’s State of the Industry report from 2007 to present. Samantha Herman, ATD Chapter Relations Manager

Samantha is with ATD in Alexandria, Virginia, where she provides support and resources to ATD Chapters. Prior to joining ATD, Samantha served as the Senior Leadership Development Consultant for Sigma Delta Tau where she assisted in chapter growth and development of the organization’s 106 chapters. Samantha has worked in the non-profit sector for over five years and has a Bachelor’s Degree from The George Washington University.

Alex Moore, ATD Research Coordinator 

Alex Moore is the research coordinator for the Association for Talent Development. He writes content for the research department, manages its Twitter account (@atdresearch), and assists with data collection and analysis. Alex began his career with ATD as a member of the Customer Care team. Prior to working at ATD, he completed a postgraduate internship with FedBid in Vienna, Virginia. Alex graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in English.
